Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other locations: 4–7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above the minimum order value. The applicable amount will be displayed at checkout.

Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics or external factors. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Returns are not applicable on earrings (for hygiene reasons) or customised products.

Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for the same or a different product (price difference applicable).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/store credit for COD orders).

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Our jewellery is designed with high-quality plating to ensure durability. Proper care — keeping it dry and away from chemicals — is recommended to maintain its shine.

Yes, most of our pieces are suitable for regular wear. For longer life, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals.

With proper care, the jewellery retains its finish for a long time. Store in a dry place and avoid moisture to keep it looking its best.

Currently, we do not offer a warranty. However, we carry out strict quality checks before every dispatch to ensure you receive the best.

Orders & Support

Yes, address changes are possible within a limited time before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
